1. Bookings
- A booking sent from the website is a request. It is confirmed only when our team calls or messages you.
- The date and time slot you pick are your preference. If we can't make that slot we will tell you and offer another one before the visit.
- Please give correct contact details and a complete address so we can reach you.
2. Prices and payment
- Prices shown on the website are starting estimates. The final price depends on the problem found and any spare parts needed, and is confirmed with you after inspection — before any work starts.
- Spare parts or extra work are only used or done after you agree to them.
- There is no online payment on this website. How and when you pay is agreed with you before work starts.
3. The visit
- Please make sure someone is at home at the booked time.
- Give the technician safe access to the appliance or area to be worked on, and tell them about anything they should know (for example, earlier repairs or electrical problems).
- If you are not happy with how a visit went, tell us as soon as possible so we can look into it.
4. Warranty
Where a service mentions a warranty, its terms are shown with the service or explained to you before work starts. Keep your booking ID — you will need it if you contact us about the work later.
5. Cancelling or rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule by calling or messaging us before the technician visits (+91 89763 39334). We may also cancel or reschedule a booking if we can't serve your area or slot; we will always tell you first.
6. Partner technicians
Technicians can apply through the become a partner page. Applications are reviewed and we decide whether to approve them. Partners must keep customer details confidential and use them only for the job they accepted.
7. Using the website
Please don't send false bookings, misuse the forms or try to interfere with the website. We may block requests that look like spam or abuse.
8. Liability
We take care to keep the information on this website correct, but services, prices and availability can change. To the extent the law allows, RepairSathi is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
